Extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Walked me through every step. Made sure I understood what was going on and what was happening to my roof as well. He made sure to personally be on site day of install. The most important thing to me was he understood I have dogs. One of which is elderly and has cancer so he made sure my back yard stayed as clean as possible and didn’t hesitate to stop work when they needed to go potty. He stayed an extra 2 hours after the crew left to make sure all the nails, debris etc was picked up so as not to hurt my pups or get a flat in our cars or my bike.
